Baked Pain au Chocolat Instructions:
To refresh or reheat: Place in a pre-heated oven at 375°F for 1 minute. We do not recommend microwaving.
Frozen Pain au Chocolat Instructions:
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Pull and proof for 1-1.5hrs. Egg wash all items. Place in a 375F preheated oven for 10mins with a couple blocks of ice to steam. Open oven and turn croissants for 5 mins. Remove and cool on the tray. Decorate with chocolate drizzle or icing sugar. Enjoy!
