Description
A Peche Special. Tahitian vanilla bean butter buns infused with select fresh seasonal citrus zest, studded with a bouquet of liqueur macerated fruit and glazed in a 1919 rum syrup. Chef Khalil Ali has taken the classic Italian Christmas bread and redone it as Hot Cross Buns for Easter.
Due to the length of time (2-3 days) it takes to make this decadent bread, orders must be placed by 9am on Monday April 3rd for pickup on Wednesday 5th and Thursday 6th.
Instructions:
DO NOT STORE BREAD IN YOUR REFRIGERATOR!!! It will stale quickly! For quick consumption, store at room temperature in a plastic bag. To keep for a longer period of time, we recommend storing in the freezer. When you are ready to enjoy, take out your desired portion and place frozen in a pre-heated oven at 400°F for 6-8 minutes or until heated throughout.
