To refresh or reheat: Place in a pre-heated oven at 375°F for 1 minute. We do not recommend microwaving.
Frozen Croissant Instructions:
Thaw/retard overnight in the refrigerator. Take out and proof for 1-1½ hrs. Egg wash all items, except cross cut products. Place in a 375F preheated oven; 10mins steam; 5 mins dampened. Remove from oven and cool on the tray.
